I have a vast and diverse amount of courtroom experience in State Courts in Nassau and Suffolk counties as well as in the 5 boroughs of New York City. My areas of concentration are in criminal law, traffic law, DWI infractions, Matrimonial and family law, bankruptcy, and estate planning, and personal injury cases (accidents).

In the areas of criminal law, I handle all felony and misdemeanor offenses including DWI offenses, drug offenses, and traffic violations. I handle all types of traffic offenses in State as well as in local village and town courts and at the Nassau and Suffolk County Traffic and Violations Agency, and in the 5 boroughs within New York City. In addition, my expertise includes but is not limited to handling cases of persons with CDL licenses. I also represent various companies on transportation law offenses and environmental law offenses.

Regarding matrimonial and family law, I handle divorces, child support cases, custody proceedings, adoptions, neglect proceedings and juvenile delinquencies cases.

Regarding estate planning, I probate wills and handle administration of estates (estates without a will), prepare trusts, health care proxies and wills.

In the area of bankruptcy law, I prepare and handle Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 petitions. I can help to protect the debtor’s home and car. In appropriate situations, I can stop foreclosures and garnishments.
